Youngcare
Right now, 7,500 young Australians are living in aged care facilities, simply because there are few alternatives. A further 700,000 are being cared for at home by family and friends, often with limited support.
Youngcare works to raise awareness of the issue and to provide choice in care and housing options for young people with high care needs. Because every young person deserves a young life. To find out more, visit: www.youngcare.com.au |
